Where data is processed
Our server is in Russia (Timeweb.Cloud). The request is forwarded to Google, Anthropic, or OpenAI via corporate APIs with zero-retention — models don't keep your request and don't use it to train public models.
Encryption and storage
All data is transferred over HTTPS. Request logs are kept for a limited time for technical support and then automatically deleted.

The plugin works with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint from a Microsoft 365 subscription (Windows, Mac, and Office on the web). Excel 2019 and earlier offline versions are not supported — Office.js (the runtime our add-in is built on) is available only in the current Microsoft 365 subscription.
