DocAddin is an AI-powered Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint add-in distributed as an Office Add-in. The Service is sold on a subscription model through Paddle, our payment provider acting as merchant of record (handling EU VAT and US sales tax on our behalf).
The Service is operated under Spanish law. Spanish consumers may turn to the Junta Arbitral de Consumo or any competent Spanish consumer authority. EU consumers retain the right to bring proceedings in the courts of their place of residence (Brussels I bis Regulation, Art. 18) and may use the EU ODR platform.
